US Funding Group, LLC

USFG is the lending arm of my companies. It was originally set up as an internal funding arm for private mortgages.

Today USFG has over $50 million in assets that are invested in private mortgages, venture capital investments, and real estate holdings. Over the years, USFG has funded in excess of $150 million in loans and business investments.

Gulfcoast Mortgage Solutions, LLC

GMS is a licensed mortgage lender in the State of Florida. GMS brokers and services loans for various private investors. At the peak of the real estate market, GMS was servicing over $55 million in private real estate loans in Sarasota Florida and surrounding locations. GMS has three licensed Florida mortgage brokers that drive loan development.

Robasota Real Estate, Ltd

RE is my real estate investment company. This company owns rental and investment real estate in Sarasota Florida and surrounding areas. It currently has in excess of $12 million in real estate. This company also does outside real estate ventures through our Debbie Johnson who is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Florida. This would include real estate consulting and real estate acquisition for outside clients.
